These terms apply when you use GoGradGuide. By using the site you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as we can.
What GoGradGuide is
GoGradGuide is a planning tool. It helps you build an application timeline, track the programs you're applying to, and explore published information about graduate schools. It is not an admissions service, and using it does not improve or guarantee your chances of admission anywhere.
About the information we publish
Tuition figures, deadlines and program details are taken from each school's own published pages and are shown with the academic year they refer to. Schools change these figures, sometimes without notice, and our information can fall out of date or contain errors.
Always confirm anything that matters with the school directly before relying on it — particularly deadlines and costs. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at hello@gogradguide.com and we'll check it against the source.
Your account
Signing in is optional and uses a link sent to your email address rather than a password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.
Your application plan is stored in your own browser. We are not able to recover it if you clear your browser data, and it does not transfer between devices.
Premium
Most of GoGradGuide is free to use. A one-time payment of $9 unlocks premium features: tracking unlimited schools, viewing your full Application Chart, and downloading your plan, chart and planning guides.
This is a single payment, not a subscription. It does not renew and does not expire. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy something else.
If you qualify for an application fee waiver (such as an AMCAS, LSAC or similar waiver), email us and we will unlock premium for you at no cost.
Refunds
If premium isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your payment at hello@gogradguide.com and we will refund you. You don't need to explain why.
Advising sessions
One-on-one advising sessions are booked and paid for separately. Sessions provide guidance and feedback based on experience; they do not guarantee any admissions outcome. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown when you book.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to break into the service, scrape it at scale, resell access, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our content
The design, written guides and compiled data on GoGradGuide belong to us. You're welcome to use them for your own application planning, including downloading and printing them. Please don't republish or resell them.
Availability
We aim to keep GoGradGuide running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give notice so you can download your plan first.
Limitation of liability
GoGradGuide is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — including missed deadlines, application outcomes, or decisions made based on information shown here. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
